i think it's crouching that causes belly bloat. i look slimmer in the morning and bigger later in the day even though i weigh exactly the same in morning and night. weighed myself dozens of times and i always weigh the same. i dont eat at all at work and drink only sugar free liquids. i drive though and crouch while doing so. try standing or laying flat for most of the day.

Because you wake up dry. And morning is closest form of yourself without water weight so you don't look skinny, You just have comparatively less water weight, sodium and carbs in your bod than in evening.
you are, take measurements. You'll also be a bit shorter in the evening than in the morning.
