Are there any old stores that went out of business you have fond memories of and wish were still around?
Here's a couple of mine

There was a department store near me called ocky white that was worth a browse around. It had been there for decades and when they demolished it they found hundreds of 13th century skeletons under it
I miss the original PC World and Maplins, both in UK. They both used to sell computer parts. PC world is now part of Currys, but doesn't stock anywhere near as many parts. Maplins used to sell a lot of electronic gadgets. I think it is now just on-line. Never been to its web site. Always use Amazon now.
Sears and Roebuck, Western Auto, K-Mart, Woolco, American Dept. Store, Millers, Al's Appliances, Hardware and Supermarket, U- Save, Royal's Dept. Stores, Grand Union, Skaggs-Albertsons, Sweden House Restaurants. These were in SW Florida about 40-50 years ago.
Toys R Us is the only one of these that existed in Switzerland it was pretty cool but I only went there maybe 4-5 times in my entire childhood.

There's still Toys R Us where I live, I worked in one. But I knew that it doesn't exist in the US anymore.
I miss BlockBuster, so I wish it was still around.
I liked Toys R Us and Blockbuster too. A few bookstores too that are no longer around. Circuit City and RadioShack were pretty ok too
E. J. Korvettes. Service Merchandise. K-Mart. Goldblatt's. Mickey's hot dogs (a local guy. - 2 dogs and fries for 99 cents- yes it was a long time ago).
Oh - almost forgot- Zayre.
Target in Canada. They didn’t go outta business but they weren’t making money. So they left. If I want target items, I need to drive 2hrs
In my hometown we had a candy store from America now we don’t have it and I liked the sour patch kids sweets
Locally owned record stores! Now you can only find them in big cities.
Stores that only sold t-shirts and iron ons!
i really liked radioshack. i didn't go there a lot but it definitely had what i needed when i did
