Why "Flat Is Justice"?

i was doing my regular trolling when I came across a commenter saying "flat is justice" when talking about boobs. Why Flat Is Justice? And I don't mean why like flat boobs, but why the word Justice? Of all the words why that one? Why is it just? Sorry if I don't get it but it just doesn't make sense to me.

Wow bunch of whack answers here.

In Japanese Otaku culture, "______ is justice!" is a common phrase used to mean something is cool or good. "Cute is justice!" is one I have seen before.

Flat in this case obviously referring to flat-chested.

And so it is very simple. It means "flat-chested girls are good."

I agree with her for Two Reasons:
1. I ALWAYS agree with Anime.
2. Flat chest girls are MUCH more pure than Big Breasted Girls... at least as I've noticed... plus, they'll appreciate boyfriends more.

  In essence though:
  I know that this is something that is often mentioned on how certain girl characters are ridiculed in their bust size is small. One example that I can think of is the girl in Blade Dance of the Elementalers.
  
  Claire Rouge often gets mocked by Fianna about this... but for me, bust size is not factor on whether I like a certain girl character or not.
