What's the worst insult you've ever received/called someone?

In my opinion, backhanded remarks can be worse than direct slang words (such as m**cker, or a$$hole). For example, when you say to someone "you look good for your age", that's not a complimented because you're implying that someone's old.

Also insults that have to do with mental health, calling someone crazy, nuts, mental, looney or psycho when they're not because that challenges their reason, which is a basic human capacity and credibility

This happened just last year, actually. I don't give many insults, but I've received some brutal ones before.

Some girl rejected me, and she told me the reason she rejected me. She said "to be brutally honest, you're the ugliest guy I've seen in my life, and I don't see how any other girl would agree." Keep in mind, this woman was average looking at best (in my opinion), and was 33 years old. She actually told me this in person, and she wasn't drunk.

That has to be the worst insult anyone has ever given me.

At this point of my life I'm not sure there are many people I know who would insult me at all, apparently looking like a biker version of Frankenstein and knowing I'm always a hair from snapping anyways. They sort of move as far as possible from me. Now the funny part is, those are the dumb twat waffles that judge people based on looks. Anyone who knows me, would tell you I'm the sweetest, most loyal and caring person they know. Just goes to show that half the world never sees past there nose and the other half sees things that no one else will ever know

I knew a guy who had been depressed for many years and when I found out he was saying bad things about me behind my back I told him he deserved to be depressed and his life would never get better. I think that is one of the meanest things I have ever said to a human being. He forgave me years later which surprised me.

I can’t recall a time I was really badly insulted. You have to work really hard to offend me and I don’t really care what others think of me. As far as insults... there was this one girl I hooked up with few times but I lost interest because she was loose. Ever heard of a guy faking an orgasm? I did with her like 2x. Yeah. She was that loose. So I quit calling her. Well she kept calling and wanted to know why so I got sick and tired of her calling so I finally told her why.
