He likes me back or just making fun of me for liking him?

so, my crush and i have never talked once i mean i saw him 3months ago and we just stare and look away I don't know what to say to him or ask him anyway (by the way i noticed that he stares more than 7-8sec and i always get scared and try to hide somewhere). at first he caught me staring at him several time i always look away when i see him staring at me. now he started to tease me he always claps when he's hanging out w his friends on their rooftop which is near my apartment. it happened more than 7-8times. once my boy best friend and i were talking and he clapped, again. my friend also clapped back and it was like we're communicating through clapping. he always claps when he see me. Today his friends were clapping and was like teasing him and laughing looking at me. im confused is it good or bad? he was hiding tho i didn't see him he was probably behind that tree. now i feel bad like was they laughing about the fact that i had a crush on him? by the way he's a very good looking boy and I... I don't know i have acne and spots i really feel ugly and insecure about them so i always wear mask. i feel dumb to even think that he might like me so.. help me please (╥﹏╥)
