Maybe she's tensed about something or maybe nervous. She can have an internal turmoil going on inside her you know.(just a phrase I use). Or possibly she's trying to lose weight that's why she's fainting and becoming pale. Keep a check on what she eats, how much she eats and keep a tab on her weight too. If she's drastically losing weight I advice sit down with her, talk to her about the problem which she had as a child, tell her to go to the doc. But don't pressure her, give her, her own time to do things. Hope it helps :)

You should def keep an eye out for her. Calling a doctor is prob the best thing to do but be prepared for her to get upset. She's probably not ready to talk about it and if she finds out that you called then she may feel a little betrayed.
Calling the doctor will be better so you know how you can help take care of her and to prevent what just happened
Give her space and whatever you do... do not pressure her. Wait a few days and either she will tell you or you can inquire about it. If she says no then drop it.
Something must have triggering it?
call a doctor and find about it..
