Why isn't my name in his bio? Is he cheating? Why is he not so mushy anymore? Is he falling out of love?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year. We started off as hella romantic he would send me random text and message me like a lot waiting for me to reply. He was so mushy and romantic. Then suddenly it all went away.. He just agrees to things now... And like once we were skyping and his bro was like "wait that isn't your girlfriend" then suddenly it went to mute. I blocked the screen and cried a little. Because he might be cheating I live in Oʻahu Hawaiʻi but he lives in California... So the distance plus he lied about having and instagram and he just won't put my name in like his bio or anything but he likes that I have his. I wish he'd put it in because that way I would be sure it was for me... Shoots he doesn't even let me follow him on instagram... I've talked to him but he gets all emotional and says he's not cheating then I feel back and just shut up about it... He says we're going to get married after we gradute and we're ready and i'm totally down for that but i'm just worried i'm not his only girl... I just need help with processig all of this.. I like want to know why he isn't mushy anymore and like why he won't put my name in anything... I know it's stupid and all but I just don't know.. I know i'm in love with him but like I don't know I just really want to know why... Help anyone please

You are at an age where you feel such deep love for someone, but it really is ot that serious. Most of us have been there. The feelings you feel at the moment seem so serious and true, but most people your age fall in AND OUT of love. You will get over him, and you may have others that you feel so strongly about. Then one day you will meet a guy and it will be deep love and him for you and that will be your real true love. I say this so you realize that life has its ups and downs in the love department, but remember that there are those ups.

You already heard someone who knows him at his end say that you were not he's girlfriend. He refuses to include your name in his bio (hiding it from his local girlfriend), and the list goes on. He is cheating on you. Dump him and move on looking for better people.

The miscarriage is something I did not see and don't think you posted before. It makes a difference in that I can understand more why you are so attached.

But it also points out that you are getting too involved at too young an age (as well as not using bc) Pleas slow down and enjoy your youth while you have it. Otherwise you will look back and feel you have messed something important.

Yeah I forgot to put it but... Actually I am on birth control due to ovarian issues. And yeah I have no idea how I got pregnant it was my first and only time ever and we even used a condom so I don't know. And hah yeah im planning on waiting till after high school when i'm ready

After high school is wise. While in high school I faced many temptations. I did all the kissing, hugging, rubbing, feeling, etc. but promised myself "no intercourse" till I was out of high school. (And stuck to it!)

I think there's two possibilities. This being the most likely- he thinks now that he has you he doesn't have to treat you special anymore. a lot of guys do this... thinking they got the girl and they don't have to work to keep her anymore. The other possibility, and I hope this isn't right for your sake is that he's ashamed of you. It doesn't sound like he's cheating but the way he wouldn't put your name in his bio, muted it with his friend, and won't let you follow him it sounds like he's embarrassed to call you his girlfriend which is a Dick move and if this is the case dump his ass immediately!

second you are not in love you are in high school
third maybe he grew tired of having to kiss your ass and agree with everything maybe it's because you are so needy and worry about petty things like a name in a bio and cry about such things i honestly wouldn't be surprised if he is just stringing you along
