End of the first date usually, sometimes sooner depending on situation.

I've been in a relationship for over a year and I still haven't kissed him yet... except for on the cheek once but we're not ready... just go at your own pace. You'll know when you're ready.
I was my boyfriend's first real kiss, and i was patient until he was completely comfortable with the idea. It wasn't until 2&1/2 months that we had our first kiss. The key is patience and knowing when you both are ready so it isn't awkward :)
I'd say soon but generally whenever you feel the time is right. if yur heart races and your breath gets hard and his is the same but your both not willing to move in for it, or are just shy, go for it, lol.
Really it doesn't matter when, it really matters where, you want to be alone, for example would you rather be at school or at the mall, its all yours and his preference. And also you don't want to rush things, I think a month is fine.
My opinion is that you should wait until marriage just to make your wedding that much more special, but if you feel it should come sooner go ahead I suppose.
Awww. Since it's not my first kiss I usually kiss a guy on first or second date if I'm really into him. I remember my first kiss was with my first bf after a year of ldr.
This totally depends on your relationship. I didn't kiss my partner until the seventh-ish date (which was around a month). Do what feels right for you and your date.

I've always had first kisses by the second date. Usually the first.
You can't plan it wait for the moment sounds sitcommy but its true
I’ve been with my boyfriend for exactly a month and we had our first kiss 2 weeks ago.
don't think about it, if you can. you do it when it feels right.
I usually do it before dating, but whenever you feel ready it'll be okay
Awweeee. It depends on how much you like the guy and if you feel comfortable around him enough to.

Don't give yourself a set time, just kiss him if you want to kiss him
Been with my girl 5 months she won't see me at all so no kisses it's more like internet dating this it's a loss take
Usually by the 2nd or 3rd date.
Right before the first date is over you sneak it in lol.
Doesn't have to be scientifically timed or anything. Kiss him when you feel like it.
He kissed me the day before he asked me out, when you both feel comfortable with it and the moment's right, time doesn't matter
