My crush saw cuts on my wrist?

I have this friend I really like. We've been hanging around a few days ago also with my best friend and her friend. I wore a long sleeved shirt, but it was quite big so the sleeves slipped down a bit when I raised my arms or something. I think he might have seen it. There's also been a moment when they all three stood next to each other and looked at their wrists and veins on them. I stayed back and then my best friend said something like "Cmon, show us your scars. I know what you're doing." I'm not completely sure if she was serious about that cause she jokes around a lot and I never told her or anything. But if he, my friend/crush also saw the cuts, I think he might think about me that I do cut myself. Also on the way back, on the train, I saw how he was literally staring for quite a while on my wrists area. Then I caught him multiple times staring at my face directly, too. I wish I'd know what he was thinking. The thing is that he's been a bit detached towards me since that day and yesterday at the night he texted me that he can't stop thinking about something and if I would be able to go hang out. What should I do?

Self harm is a major issue.
You should seek help immediately.

Before you work on dating you need to work on yourself or you will end up hurting both you and your crush a lot.

When people that self harm get in a relationship that self harm effects their significant other emotionally.
After that the person self harming notices they made the other person feel bad and self harms even more because they feel bad. Causeing their partner to get even more stressed and worried and so on.

It becomes a vicious cycle that ruins relationships.
So it's better to deal with it before it happens.

Idiot. Don't worry OP, it's not okay what this guy's said. It's very unlikely to be hormonal and while you may not dobit forever there's no need to minimise it and say it's 'just a phase'. I'm well into my 20s and still self harm. I was in a psych hospital for a while and there were people there as old as 60 or 70 who were self harming. I'm not suggesting this is a good thing to do at all, but don't let some dick tell you you're just an emo kid who's a stupid teenager.

Well it is a way to cope with emotions. as for though i am young, i always have self harmed. it just makes you feel something other than sadness in my opinion, but for others it may be different.
