Why does my boyfriend like me so much more than he has liked any other girl he's been with?

I’m not the first girl he has dated, I assume he has dated many other women before me but they weren’t great relationships, he called them crazy, and doesn’t want to talk to them with me… but don’t a lot of guys call their exes crazy? 😂

He has told me that I’m the first girl he has ever liked this much in 4 years. I’m the first girl he has ever said “I love you” to and meant it as much as he does, that I’m the only girl he has ever wanted to spend so much time with and been so frequently intimate with.

I'm not actually complaining, just trying to figure it out because he won't tell me. I thought at first it was because he finds me super attractive. Always complimenting me on my appearance. Calling me cute, beautiful, sexy, a "hot piece of ass". I don't think I'm that attractive, but I'm the best looking girl he has been with and most people would think that he's below my standards, but I don't agree.

Besides being somewhat attractive, I don't have many other qualities. I'm not strikingly smart, or super funny (but I can be funny). I'm just a friendly and forgiving person. I'm bubbly and know have to have fun. There are others like that out there, but he refuses to let me go. Like if I try breaking up with him he absolutely won't allow it and will put up a fight. I've tested it.

I've met one of his exes unintentionally and she was definitely crazy. Don't know about the others though.
But from personal experience a lot of guys like to call their ex girlfriends crazy, it seems like an excuse for them.

I have two exes and none of them were crazy. They are two of the most beautiful people I have come across. Just the timing wasn't right and it wasn't meant to be. My first ex is still one of my very best friends.

If your boyfriend's exes were truly bad people, then he should forget about them and not bring them up anymore.

I asked about them again recently and he outright refused to talk about them. He was fine talking about it before in the beginning stages of our relationship, but has since dropped it entirely and only told me that he hates them a great deal.

But his mother also hates them and that says a lot to me, since that woman honestly doesn't seem capable of hating anyone. I think the reason he had brought them up is because of how much they fucked him up and leaving your past behind can be difficult. I just don't want to join the crazy ex gang if our relationship doesn't work out for whatever reason.
