Why does my boyfriend touch my knee/thigh when driving? Is this normal?

Whenever he's driving, he would put his hand on my knee or my thigh
And then he holds my hand

It's totally normal. As long as he takes his hand back a times when he needs it in order to drive safely.

My boyfriend puts his hand on me a lot when he's driving, because he's good at driving with one hand. I never do it to him though because I can't drive with one hand at all.
