My boyfriend talks about children and our future during sex now?

my boyfriend of 3 Years has suddenly started talking about children and marriage during sex. He always says stuff like I wanna be with you forever, I wanna marry you, i can’t wait to have children with you someday, I wanna have a kid with you so bad, and I wanna get you pregnant so bad. He just recently started doing this in the middle of sex. I enjoy talking about this kind of stuff like children and marriage when we’re cuddling or on a date but talking about kids during sex gives me mixed feelings. I enjoy it but at the same time I don’t feel ready for kids at the moment you know but I think the marriage one is super hot. Lol. It’s just interesting though that the thought of me pregnant or having a kid with him or marrying him really turns him on. I've never heard of anyone else doing that?
