How do I deal with my boyfriends annoying little sister?

Every time I come over to spend time with my boyfriend at his house she always barges in without knocking like 4-5 times, even though she is 7, she is a very smart child, she knows right from wrong and it’s very annoying, I don’t know how to tell my boyfriend because I don’t want to hurt his feelings

A 7yo doesn't really fully know right from wrong which is why the legal system doesn't recognise them.
She may know a lot of stuff for her age but emotionally she's way, way behind where you are.
If her family have not set boundaries, and sounds like they haven't, you'll need to meet up somewhere else.
You might delicately say to your boyfriend that you feel you don't feel you have enough private time with him.

Learn to expect and tolerate shit that happens when you're within the walls of a place where others pay the rent or mortgage. Expect it and avoid putting yourself in a compromising position. Hell, even allowing your boyfriend to put you
in a compromising position, you might forever regret.

Why don't you invite him to your house? And then you can make a comment about how it's so nice not having constant interruptions from a little kid.
