How to trust my boyfriend when he keeps doing the same thing over again even when he knows it hurts me?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years. For the most part our relationship is good. When we do fight it’s about one things. I get mad about him liking naked girls shake their ass on tik tok. Or him going on only fans and talking with a girl about sex. When we fight about tik tok he tells me he is going to stop, but I find out he is still liking them. I tell him how it makes me uncomfortable and it’s disrespectful to me. He doesn’t agree, and says that I’m controlling him so that’s why he keeps doing it. We have had this argument at least 5 times now. Nothing ever changes. I don’t want to leave him, I love being with him but I just don’t know how to trust him or move on. Every time he goes on tik tok I get so mad because I feel like he looking/liking naked girls, I know it’s not healthy I shouldn't feel this way. Every time I talk to him I just think about the videos he liked and it gets me mad. Am I wrong to feel this way? Am I bring over dramatic with him doing this kinda stuff? I just feel like being in a committed relationship it shouldn’t be like this. I feel like you should only have eyes for your partner. He said he is going to stop once again but I just can’t believe him. Would you? I mean it’s like the 5th time he said he would stop and just keeps doing it.

Is this really something to shatter your own relationship over? You do know that social media is not real right? Him liking pics on tiktok doesn't mean you're gonna walk in on him with a tik tok celebrity one day it's a picture or a video could be a landscape could be food, could be a meme, and it could be a shameless girl who twerks in a swimsuit for likes and makes a living out of selling selling fit tea, lingerie, and viagra.

This doesn't make him something he's not, it's an app pn the phone we all have it and we use it to kill time this would the same as you getting mad at him for looking at the naked drawing of a woman you find in a biology book.

If you can't live with that then go ahead and end it but when it's all said and done it will be your loss if he's a great boyfriend aside from when he's using his phone

I don't think you should trust him. He's turning it around on you, saying that it's being controlling. What you described above is not controlling. That's just his excuse to get you to drop the subject.

Bottom line, I think he's going to keep doing it, and honestly, him turning it around on you is a concern in and of itself.
