Guys, Do guys think of other girls when they're already REALLY into one?

For me, when I'm into someone, even though I'm not the most loyal person in the world, I can't think of anyone else, at all. They're the hottest person in the world to me. Like I'm still in my senses, I could say I had better looking (to other people) guys in my life before, but nah, none of them could be compared to him still. But then I get so insecure thinking what if he still thinks about his exes, he never does anything to make me feel like this but I have trust issues so I can't stop. Especially about that one specific ex that totally looks like an Instagram model. I'm confident in my looks too but I rely on my charm and personality more but what if it's not enough for him.. Do you guys ever think about your exes, compare them to current person in your life etc?

My feelings for her were significantly stronger than her feelings for me. After her mother, sister and best friend all told me she was impatient for me to propose, I planned a romantic Valentine's day and proposed with an engagement ring with a 1 ct diamond I made (At the time I made engagement rings for Tiffany & Co.) and she laughed at me and walked out of my life taking the ring with her. I never found out why.
