Do you think I should send this guy another message?

I already talked about this, but im going to talk about it again. When I was in highschool, there was this very large Mexican guy with a high pitched voice. I think my friend was kind of friends with him. This guy would get his friends attention by hollering something in Spanish. Whenever we walked by this guy, my friend would be like "hey Christian! Alalalalah!". I think I chuckled, but I dont remember actually joining in, because I didn't really know the guy, and I was a quiet person. I sent this guy an apology message on fb. It sent, but it was never delivered to him, so I don't think he ever saw it. Also, he hasn't posted anything since 2016. I found him on Instagram. He hasn't posted anything since 2016 on their either. Should I send him a message on there too? Should I send the same exact message, or make a new one, so I don't seam cheap?

If the message was never delivered, how would resending it be cheap? He’s never seen it, has he?


You could always cover all your bases and be like “hey, I tried sending this message to you before and I don’t think it went through so I’m copying it to you here”. Then even if he some how had seen it by some glitch, it won’t seem peculiar.

Because he might check his Facebook, and see the message some day. If I copied my message off of Facebook, and pasted it on messenger, I just thought it would seem lazy, and cheap.

Do you think this is a good apology letter? Should I put the apology at the beginning of the paragraph somehow, so it catches his eye, and he doesn't stop reading, or is this good?

"Hey Christian, i messaged you on Facebook, but I don't think you recieved the message. I've just been think about highschool. I used to hangout with Daniel vondersheer, and whenever we walked by you, he would mock you. I never did anything to stick up for you. Instead I just laughed, and may have mocked you too, but I don't remember. I thought it was funny at the time, but I realize now how hurtful it could be, and I just wanted to apologize. Im so sorry for putting you through that, I really am. I think about it a lot. I hope you're doing well man."
