Ohhh I like this question and also hate it.

1. Someone I can tolerate (we don't have to have the same interests but minimum I require conversational skills)
2. Someone who wants the same things that I want (family, slow life, nothing grand or too shabby)
3. Someone I am attracted to (I don't understand why people would want Someone they aren't attracted to... sex is important part of intimacy for me I need to be sexually attracted to them and romantically attracted to them)
4. Someone who can handle themselves (they are independent they do not need me, they want me)

I spent majority of my adult life thus far believing other people when they said "just live your life, men will come to you". That never happened.
To this day I have only ever been asked out twice, without my first having expressed some sort of interest in the person directly to them.
I don't have a lot of friends and they koced out of state so it's not like I can rely on connections to meet other people. It's a slow crawl meeting guys in this pandemic. Even harder to find one who is around my age and not just looking for something casual.

Good list though, and yeah most nice guys who want a real relationship don't ask women out anymore, feminazi bs ruined that with "every form of proclaiming attraction is harrassment", so we wait for girls to ask us out instead.

The question overall implies a level of judgment, unveiling the not so kind thoughts of humans about other humans they prefer and can be misconstrued as condescending or shallow.
Yeah the passive guy is kind of annoying and that doesn't really work for me cause I'll only ask a dude out once, if we go out from then on I need to see his interest in me otherwise I'm moving on. I'm more of a reciprosexual as well so I actually need them to show their attraction to me in order for me to be sexually attracted to them.
If dude is passive all the time not gonna work.

In regards to your first sentence, I disagree, the question is purely objective.

In regards to your second, replace guys with girls, and you basically sound just like me lol.

I also lose interest if a girl is passive, and for pretty much the same reasons, but it's not that I'm only sexually attracted to reciprocating women, it's closer to I'm only interested in reciprocating women for relationships (I still watch porn and I find women sexually attractive based on looks alone, but I won't want actual physical contact with a woman without first receiving emotional affection in the reciprocation sense you mentioned)

However, I'm passive at first, so I don't reciprocate right away. Too many women joke flirt, and I don't wanna be seen like I'm harrasing, so I need to know she's serious about me first, or I won't show interest even if I like her.

Yeah pretty sure once attraction has been established and I'm already dating them, it's 100% a given and take. If I find myself always being the one to reach out, always being the one to invite out, I am going to shut down emotionally until I feel some validation that dude actually wants me.
Cause too many dudes out here just be like "well she's there" and I ain't the one to just be "there" I'm gonna be somewhere else that wants me.
