To me thats the beauty of horror its scarier when bad things happen to people that dont deserve it i feel it hits home more meaning or reminding the unfairness of life or how random it can be. Just my two cents i love suspense a little more tho.

Medical needs whilst im sick. Food, meds ( in case i forget or am not able to keep track of it). Yes I'd do the things myself if im single. But when committed naturally we go out of our way for our loved ones.

Thats sad you think of looking after loved ones as that. You do it out of love. Don't do it if its a burden. You don't have to be at their head 24/7. A sick person needs cheering up at times to help them get through the tough period. Then it allows time to rest because it relaxes their mind. Assists recovery.
