Any advice on a irrational fear I have that my partner is always cheating?

To give background info, my boyfriend and I been together for three years. From what I know he’s been an honest guy. He’s straight to the point and doesn’t play games and I love him a lot. I have this irrational fear that everytime he goes out with friends, late from work, doesn’t call me right away or is on his phone a tad too much that he is cheating or talking to someone else or going behind my back. He hasn’t done anything shady to make me feel this way but I’ve been like this my entire life with other relationships but he’s the first to try and help me and stick by me. Anyone have any advice? Like right now he’s out with his friends And I had a panic attack thinking he could be out with another woman. Please help

So basically, what you're saying is you have trust issues prolly cos of what happened to you in the past... you aren't relaxed most especially when he goes out with his friends.. Start by communicating with your partner, having
vulnerable conversations with him about your feelings. if this doesn't help then you should go see a couples therapist
You can also ask for examples of how they've helped clients resolve their own trust issues.. Wish you best of luck.
