Is my boyfriend careless?

I been Dating my boyfriend for almost 4 years and it was going fine and then I hit a rough patch in my life not with him my family and some friends so been a little down I cry when I’m alone but once’s he faced time me with out looking that it was him I answered I saw my face and could clearly see I was crying he just talked to me like it was any other day he didn’t ask what’s wrong if I was ok and he never asked that not once’s I mean I mean if I had a scratch or bruise on me and he sees it but now he always thinks it’s my dog (it is) but I mean shouldn’t my boyfriend care if I’m sad I mean it’s that some of the point in being my boyfriend
Is my boyfriend careless?
