The girl i am currently in relationship with had a disturbed relationship before this and it was her first ever, due to which she has ager issues and sort of hatred towards men.
She easily looses cool and gets violent too , and what's worries me is that she targets the male part.
I try to be patient and try to calm her down although i am in pain.
When she's cool she regrets it too ad says sorry too.

But it has happened many times. I am concerned about my testicles and future children.
Shall I be patient for more time and give her bit more time to improve?

Someone who cannot trust you cannot be trusted for that fact and those actions you describe are signs.
I bail as soon as the signs begin to show and this is why I don't date my age , tooo broken and bitter from the dogged treatment from men that has them thinking and acting that way. So my philosophy is, I am not the one who broke you so I will be damned if I will be treated as such. You're in for a life of misery , yelling, fighting, broken belongings and very possibly substance and /or alcohol abuse. The juice is not the worth the squeeze my man. In my youth I thought I had all my shit uncontrol and I could handle crap like that... but with age comes wisdom. Sure you can get through some things with her but at some point as time goes by you seriously ask your self was it worth it? The answer for me was NO! I just fell in love with the idea of how things could be, but you never really got there with that person... and it just emotionally drains you and wears you out.

At 45 I don't even get past hello with women with issues like that.
