Do I need to find a new friend?

Have you guys ever seen that one old trend on tiktok where you test your friends loyalty to you by asking them to tell your boyfriend that you were with them last night? Well I asked my best friend to lie and tell my boyfriend that I was with her last night because my boyfriend and I had a bet on whether she would or would not… AND she won’t text him and cover for me. I have lied for her and about her whereabouts in the past NO QUESTIONS ASKED and I don't know this really bothers me… and she calls my boyfriend sometimes apparently because she “worries” about me? I do have some mental health issues and I understand their concern but what’s weird to me is her loyalty to him and not me. What do you guys think?
