First- good job. If you were here I would pin a medal on you.
I was a fat kid that everyone picked on in high school. I joined a gym in the next town and started working out. I lost about 20 pounds but I also got a lot stronger and looked good. I just did it so people would not pick on me anymore but I also wanted to look good for a girl I knew.

She’s super hot in personhood and aesthetically with touch of ocd SO I shaved and maintain all my dirty spots clean. It’s more than worth the work of cleanly 🪒 armpits etc. Harried legs, chest, and arms still.
Congrats on the weight loss! For me I’ve been actively working on my tendency to overanalyze and overthink which is easier said than done but it’s my most toxic trait that I need to get rid off in order to not lose him.
My crush complimented my hair in a tail so I wore my hair up for like a year

Nothing really to be honest.
I can usually just tell when I'm getting out of shape or gaining too much weight. I do it because I don't even like how I look when I'm unhealthy.I tried dressing differently for someone I really liked in college, 5'11" blonde-haired, blue-eyed, 36DDD Megan. Turns out, she was a lesbian...
I controlled my alcohol intake, even stopped drinking.
Smoking as well.
Left my hair, shaved it all and all in between.
Stopped using makeup, started using makeup.
Got away from close female friends, the list is long.My weight. But that was just as much for me and women in general as it was for her specifically.
