Do I have a narcissistic girlfriend (she insults me for no reason) ?

All I do is compliment my girlfriend tell her how pretty she is. She compliment me too…sometimes she used to insult me as a “joke” I told her I was fine with it as first because it was harmless now she’s going to far? She says stuff like “shut up I don’t care” and I remember I told her “are u playing video games right now as always? To where she responded with “ I am stupid as$ bitch” than she told me she was joking? Now half of the time she does nothing but say “you stink” and can’t tell me anything without calling me a “bitch” or insulting me she would say stuff like “yeah you are cute dumb ass bitch” WTF? My parents saw my messages and they told me she needs to calm down I told them she was joking. Now my parents don’t like her. She also insults one of ur cats once on FaceTime? She would call the cat stupid dumb etc? I had a pet dog then she would tell me to insult my dog too as a joke? I have no idea if I’m dealing with a narcissistic girlfriend. I remember too I was crying because one of my friends got badly injuried and was sent to the hospital. When I was crying on call with her she seemed like she cared but one of my friends who is also friends with her who was there with her at that time said she rolled her eyes during the call and once she hanged up on me my friend asked her “is he ok why did you roll her eyes” and she responded with “one of his friends died he’s crying I don’t care because it has nothing to do with me” what the heck? What should I do?
