Honestly? I would get out now. A few weeks to fall in love after dating isn't good. It seems like you're going to be his rebound. Give him time to get over his wife and his marriage. It's affecting him since he is having depression and anxiety. Once he is over his wife and marriage, if he really "loves" you then he will come looking for you but not as a rebound.

Emotionally and mentally he isn't ready to be with someone else and he's trying to get over his wife. So to fill the void of being alone and dealing with his feelings he'd rather project everything to a girl so he won't face it all. Usually rebounds never last, you get him ready to be with another woman essentially.
