Should I block him... why is he taking it out on the kids?

I just had a baby Oct 7 and it was a rough on I hate to get a c section. My boyfriend didn't want to take off for at least two or three days after to help me around the house. So we got into an argument and called him a bitch and he have not spoken to me or checked on his kids in 7 days. I have stitches I can't carry a toddler up and down the stairs... it's even hard standing up sometimes. My toddler has been acting out since the baby came home... I just want to scream because I'm doing everything by myself... my mom did come over to help yesterday... she didn't want me ripping my stitches out. I just don't understand why he has to take it out on the kids

Prenatal issues equal counseling for strategies. Human health services has that through Zoom. Perhaps, if child is not named and boy, he would see some honor having input there 🤷🏻‍♂️
