How can your partner say they LOVE YOU but then again they make you feel like they don’t care about you or your feelings? How does that happen?

Example of what I’m saying is …they say yes they love and care about you , but when it comes down to it and you truly need them by your side they ain’t there for you nor do they even make any effort to be there for you etc So how can you LOVE someone but not try to be there for them when they truly need you? I don’t get it 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Some advice.

Words mean nothing. Evaluate the truth about people and relationships based on actions... not words. That is why they say "words are cheap".

Actions and words should confirm and validate each other. If they don't match up and say opposite things always look to the actions to find the truth.

Actions matter more than words. They say it cause they know you are there for them when they need you. It's toxic and manipulative behaviour of the partner.

Make it clear what you want. Ask what he wants. Keep the conversation calm though. If you no longer match maybe it’s time to move on.
