How to get value in relationship?

Temperorly distant relationship. She lives in a strict catholic College hostel where phone is allowed from 6pm to 9pm.

So we have only max 3 hours to communicate, but out of that 2+ hours she spend with her friends, movies and instagram. Even during the last few minutes she does not show eagerness to communicate. I am always easily available for her and reply her instantly even between work. But she always priorities her things first. Even if she's just watching a movie, she'll only reply me after that.

I know she's into me and loves me. But is not taking too much efforts to communicate. Sometimes feel like she doesn't value me as I'm always available.

How to make her bit more needy and value my time or the efforts I'm taking?

Yes we text like reached gym, had food?, Doing that.. this.. kinda.. we're not getting time for long conversations.
