I'm helping out a friend that's dealing with this. She wants to get revenge on her cheating boyfriend (now ex boyfriend). She found out he cheated with her own female boss, her manager.

Get resume out. Getting my partner out of my space. And figure out what i want to do personally once a new job is secured !!

The relationship is over either way, whether she wants to do anything beyond the breakup is up to her.
We will be getting tested. If we are clean, good, she can pack her shit and go. If she gave me something, she's dead. Then regardless I'll tell his wife.
Break up with them. Start looking for a new job. That's a terrible/boss manager.

Revenge in this regard is pointless. Cut out the ex and call it done. They might be able to go to hr about her boss being involved with her spouse.
