Ex replied to my Snapchat story by “mistake." What do you think?

I just want some opinions. I was on and off with my ex for over the space of about 2 years and the way he would always try get back into contact with me was by sending snapchats. Anyways he got a girlfriend, I got into a new realtionship and I've nearly been with my boyfriend now for almost 3 years. About a week ago I got a snap notification saying my ex replied to my story? And I hadn’t saw the notification for maybe about half an hour, I opened it and he had just sent random letters which made no sense. So I just replied with “what was that meant to say?” And he replied saying aw sorry it was a mistake and I just sent laughing faces and then he sent another message saying sorry and so just opened and ignored it. Do you think this is a genuine mistake or do you think that was his way to try and see if it could spark a conversation? I've had him on Snapchat for absolutely years and he’s never ever replied to any of my stories on purpose or by mistake. What do you think?

Sounds like he missent and was supposed to be to to most recent relationship he was trashing. Probably having a recall trauma

Why do you still have your ex on Snapchat! That chapter in your life is closed. It doesn’t matter if he replied by mistake or not. Forget him and focus on your new relationship. Block him so he cannot get back into your life.

Yeah probably trying to see if you would talk with him or was a mistake but to do it again I don't know
