Vacation with boyfriend?

I want to plan a vacation for me and my boyfriend in July for my birthday and I told him I would love to go to Disneyland. Every time I bring it up he tells me no we can’t go because we cannot afford it. He claims he wants to be able to spend money with no hesitation and buy us anything. I’ve been with him since 2018 and he knows how badly I’ve been wanting to go to Disney. I haven’t gone since I was 7 and I’m 27 now. I made a comment and told him I can afford to go by myself with my son, he can just pay for himself while we’re there and he got offended and said do whatever I want. I don’t understand why he can’t plan or save or make it a goal where we can go together.
Not to mention every year since I have been with him we go to horror nights at universal studios. Never have i complained or said anything. On top of that i sometimes had to use my credit cards to pay for our food and souvenirs. I don't know why we can’t do the same for a Disney trip. It makes me upset because he was the same way about when I told him I’d love to go to music festivals and we have gone together as a couple and but to be honest call me selfish or whatever I enjoy it more when I’m with friends or by myself. When we go together we always fight about something.
I’m starting realize our relationship may or may not work due to because he and I can’t enjoy or plan vacations
