• My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year now. We were in a LDR last year where he met his ex and was in a party with his relatives and other friends. Few days ago she told him that she's pregnant and that the baby is his. During the party they were drunk, but he went up to his and his cousins room to sleep. But when he woke up the following morning his ex was already sleeping next to him half naked. He asked the girl what happened but she said nothing happened. He is convinced also that nothing happened but his ex is insisting that the baby is his and he wants him to be there before she gives birth. He's scared that it can jeopardize his visa, but he doesn't want to go there. What should we do?

Get a paternity test when he can. If it is not his then he is not responsible for the baby. This could be a blackmail situation. Sounds awfully fishy to me the timing and the claims that are being made. Yeah it could be true but if she said nothing happened then I don't know why she would change her mind now. That would also be rape if he didn't remember or consent to it. The whole thing sounds really suspicious.
