They will try to get You to take them back by being extra nice to you again and they will act like the past is just the past and that you should just get over it and give them another chance, My ex has NPD , among other things as well , she ended up having an affair on me and I ended it immediately with her , she still tries to get me back and acts like I should just forget about like how dare me not to forget about what she did to me? My advice is just ignore them and act like they don’t exist

They will either leave you alone, or they will message you and try and make you feel like it wasn't that big of a deal and your overreacting, they also might say something along the lines of you will never find someone as good as me. Those are judt my guesses.

They will start the no contact process betting that you will contact them and beg for their attention. They will continue to ignore you until the moment you feel you’re able to move on and they will swoop right back in as if nothing ever happened to repeat the cycle.
