What actions constitute cheating?

Its a simple question. For me the definition is doing anything sexually or emotionally that you only do with your significant other. This includes emotional affairs, sexting, and the like.

Attached is a video which describes Following a girls TikTok, Or instagram. Or the act of your partner smiling at the opposite sex. Complimenting the opposite sex's outfits.. and so on. There is a word for women like these. Insecure, and not mature enough to be in an adult relationship.

For me cheating means physical or emotional connection with other person. I don't mind looking at, commenting, smiling or making new friendships as long as what is mine stays mine. Yeah I can be quite a possessive witch :D

I only really consider cheating as a physical act of sex/kissing/sexting. I'll probably be viewed as a "bad guy" for this, but I don't understand the idea of emotional cheating. My girlfriend and I both understand that we can't fulfill everything each other needs. We both have different passions and interests. I have little to no interest in the things she's interested in, although I'll try. She feels the same.

I think the answer is more complicated on paper. There are different libs of compliments such as; A committed man that said, "Damn Baby! You look fine!" vs "Hi Mrs. TC, you look lovely today."

I think it boils down to sexual or emotional connections that are exclusive to a couple. Sex includes sexting in my opinion.

I replied early in the morning, but have since given this question more thought. What about financial infidelity? I believe there really is such a thing.

I’m gonna say the physical act is cheating for me. Also it can be emotional too, as long as you don’t let your emotion decide for you!
