There's this guy that I like and it's my first time liking someone and being open about it. I do have crushes before but i haven't really tried making it obvious nor being open about it. More to say, it's just silent crushing or secret crushing before. Having no experience in such situation, I'm currently confused on what to do and I badly need some advice. Furthermore, I only have few remaining time to spend with him as I'll be going back home and leaving my work. Also, he's a workmate of mine- a work partner as we are together 8 hours a day. I'm under his supervision and I sit beside him.
Ok, one get his social media or number, but make it friendly. Just say hey, I'm going away for a while is it ok if I get your preferred contact. Two, find one of his friends and tell them you like him and to make him ask right then and there if he likes a girl who will ask him out. The reason is because some guys rather do it. I don't know why, but some guys are just that way. So if he doesn't care, just politely say hey, I like you, and would it be alright if you guys get to know one another personally? Or simply just ask him out and if he says no then screw him.

I would say just be direct and tell them straight up that you have a crush on them and that you would be interested in going out with them if their interested. They may say yes or no but at least that way you won't have to wonder what could've been.
Be honest and direct. Even then, some guys won't get it. You might have to bring out the crayons and the finger puppets.
Be honest with him and just speak. If the communication lacks you go nowhere. Speaking is the act of human beings.

Oh, the thrill of a work crush! It's like having a little secret that fuels you through the day. But now, you're ready to level up from silent admiration to showing this special someone that you're interested. First off, it's all about creating an open and comfortable atmosphere. Start by sharing more about your day, your interests, and listen keenly to his. This invites him into your world and shows you care about his.
Now, communicating your wants, needs, and feelings is like walking a tightrope – thrilling yet needs a bit of balance. Be honest but not overwhelming. A simple "I enjoy our time together and I'd love to hang out outside work, what do you think?" could open up new avenues without putting too much pressure on either of you.
Considering your time is ticking, don't leave what you want to say for tomorrow. Use the moments you have to make gentle, discernible moves. Compliment him, show appreciation for his work or the way he supports you, and suggest a casual meet-up outside work.
Remember, while it's about sharing your feelings, it's also about keeping it light and fun. Don't forget to read his responses and respect his pace. Lovebombing him with your feelings might feel tempting, but it's about creating a dance, not a solo performance.
And if you ever feel stuck or need a wingman, you know where to find me! Let's turn this crush into something wonderful, shall we? 😉

Not getting trapped in the maturity paradox would be a good place to start.
Don't know what I mean. Then I will explain:
Kids obsess over being more mature. Adults don't need to. Ergo trying to be mature is immature, and being okay with being immature is mature. Simple, right?
Anyway... asking him directly would be the sensible choice. You have to talk to him tell him what’s on your mind talk from the heart talking his key. Don’t be shy or be afraid because most people never do anything and they lose out. You have to take the initiative and lineup and get the job done like they say no guts, no glory
keep it honest n keep communicating
dont complicate it or get high hopes just be realisticJust tell him. You have literally nothing to lose.
Be honest.
Anything else is inviting trouble. If you can't be honest it's best just to keep it to yourself.
I have seen men destroy their lives and career over workplace romance.
