Do you think that is true?
It's not true for me although I might be odd. I got the constant case of the girlfriend (all my exes and now-wife) snoring next to me and I'm bored and wanna do something!
But she's sleeping and I don't want to wake her up. So I tended to go to bar or nightclub after.

Not all women, lol. I assure you, most nights I pass out the moment I hit the bed- even for a nap!
Why? I'm active so I'm naturally tired around 6-7 pm most evenings. And I associate the bed with sleep (I don't lounge or go there until it's time for bed or a nap).
Not saying that's the case for everyone obviously. I just know how to tire my body out so it craves sleep each night.
Coz women overthink, and worry more than men. Women are more stressed than men
Also her periods.Simply ask 100 women if they worry about things they have no control over, at least 90 of them will tell you yes. Then ask 100 men the same question, opposite answer.
That's why insomnia is more common in women than men.
In my personal life, I feel that's untrue. I'm a night owl. I can lay in bed for hours and never fall asleep even though I'm comfortable.
Though, I feel I have a cheat code being narcoleptic. I know when the wave of sleep will wash over me

Not me.
My brother can literally sleep anytime and anywhere - a handy skill that came in very useful in the infantry - but I have always struggled to get to sleep, and usually wake up earlier than I want to, so I am usually carrying around a sleep debt.
I don't know. My boyfriend always falls asleep before I do. Maybe because they work harder than we do?
Because they've got the annoying ability to shut their brains off while we have to overthink everything
I fall asleep T night but after I get up to pee. ir takes a long time to go back to sleep. Often I am awake until I ha e to get up. My wife finds it hard to go to sleep but she gets up in the middle of the night and comes back k to bed and she is asleep in 30 seconds.
Probably true because we have been working physically all day and we don’t let things run through our mind before sleeping
Men tend to be better at letting go of their thoughts. It’s hard to fall asleep with all those random thoughts bouncing around in your head. It’s a generalization though. I’m very much a man and i have struggled to fall asleep my entire adult life.
Hmm 🤔 maybe , maybe not. Personally I have always slept really well though It has been said that j am world class at it 😂. My queen , not so much.. it’s quite an interesting thought 💭
Because our brains out wired different , A girls’ brain races with 1000 things at once , when a guys’ brain doesn’t , they did a study on this and that’s what was rolled out.
Simple we don't spend hours overthinking stupid shit. We just turn it off and ta-da our brain is thinking about... nothing
it may be true cause women are more sensitive to stress than men. it's not their fault. it's in their biology, cause biologically that makes women better at keeping their offspring alive.
lmao. someone tell my fiance he doing sleeping wrong XD
Because male brains are wired differently than female brains.
Doesn't have to do with your physical activity. Not really, my father barely falls asleep and wakes up very easily.
Because men are always so tired of a woman's shit throughout every day
Because women have a bitch in her brain. She needs to release the bitch with a good girl friend. Then you will fall a sleep. Men can’t help with that. Only women to women can do it.
never heard of that before but I can see it now that you metion it.
Hormones maybe? I've never heard this before tbh
Females on average fall asleep faster and sleep longer
after hectic work and hard work with more focused...
They don't?
My wife can roll over and fall asleep in under 15 mins, takes me forever!
