The untold story of KASHMIR and KASHMIRI PANDITS!

What is Kashmir?

"Kashmir is the northernmost geographical region of the Indian subcontinent. Until the mid-19th century, the term "Kashmir" denoted only the Kashmir Valley between the Great Himalayas and the Pir Panjal Range. Today, it denotes a larger area that includes the Indian-administered territory of Jammu and Kashmir (which includes the divisions Jammu, Kashmir Valley, and Ladakh), the Pakistani-administered territories of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, and Chinese-administered territories of Aksai Chin and the Trans-Karakoram Tract." - Wikipedia.

So kashmir is the northern part of Jammu and Kashmir state, which is part of India.

How is Jammu and Kashmir part of India?

https://en.m.wikibooks.org/wiki/Constitution_of_India/Union_and_territory

So the article 1 of Indian constitution consists of the list with the names of the states that are part of India.

At number 11 in that list, you got Jammu and Kashmir.

History of Jammu and Kashmir.

Maharaja Hari Singh (September 1895 – 26 April 1961) was the last ruling Maharaja of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir in India.

"Hari Singh was believed to have been hostile towards the Indian National Congress, in part because of the close friendship between Kashmiri political activist and socialist Sheikh Abdullah and the Congress leader Jawaharlal Nehru. He also opposed the Muslim League and its members' communalist outlook, as represented by their two-nation theory." - Wikipedia.

In short, he didn't have faith in Congress led by Jawaharlal Nehru and hence, didn't become part of India at the start(this was a wrong move). He wanted Jammu and Kashmir, which was a Muslim majority state, to be part of India considering he didn't like the Muslim League that wanted a different nation for Muslims exclusively (Pakistan).

Because he wanted Jammu and Kashmir to be a part of India, Pashtun Tribesmen(Terrorists) from Pakistan invaded Kashmir and defeated Hari Singh's forces.

Then Hari Singh asked India for help and signed the Instrument of Accession on 26 October 1947, joining the whole of his princely state (including Jammu, Kashmir, Northern Areas, Ladakh, Trans-Karakoram Tract and Aksai Chin) to the Dominion of India which resulted in first Indo Pakistan war.

Jawaharlal Nehru's Role and UN.

On January 1, 1948 Jawaharlal Nehru took the case to the United Nations. He took the case in the UN to get the solution of dispute state as per International law. But the question is, Was J&K considered as dispute state? The simple answer is NO. Because Maharaja Hari Singh had accepted J&K as part of India and signed the instrument of accession on October 26, 1947. In a letter to Lord Mountbatten he wrote:

“With the conditions obtaining at present in my State and great emergency of the situation as it exists, I have no option but to ask for help from Indian Dominion. I have accordingly decided to do so and I attach the Instrument of Accession for the acceptance by your Government”

Maharaja had already accepted it and then Government Of India(GOI) had acknowledged him about the same. So J&K was never a dispute state after Maharaja had signed the accession. Why Pandit Nehru took the case to the UN? And still that case has been lingering in the UN since Jan 1948 and people of Jammu and Kashmir have been suffering because of miscarriage of Kashmir plan by Pandit Nehru. Pakistan, Abdullah Family and separatists are using this angle to prove that Kashmir is still not a part of India. But they never mentioned about the Maharaja’s letter and his approval of accession. If Kashmir were not in the UN, Pakistan and fringe elements in the valley would never get the reason to spread their propaganda.

This decision by Jawaharlal Nehru to take the case to UN is what caused all the violence which is still going on till this day. If he had not done that then Jammu and Kashmir matter would never have become so big.

What's article 35a and article 370 of the Constitution of India?

These two are the articles that gives special powers to the people of Jammu and Kashmir by taking away their Indian citizenship and imposing extra rules and regulations on them. This was done by Jawaharlal Nehru too.

What is Article 35A?

1. Jammu and Kashmir's permanent residents enjoy special rights under article 35A.

2. Only the permanent residents have the right to own immovable property, settle permanently, or avail state-sponsored scholarship schemes.

3. This article also restricts companies from hiring non-resident persons in the state and denies property rights to a woman who marries a person from outside the state.

4. Article 35A was incorporated into the Constitution in 1954 by the orders of the then president Rajendra Prasad on the advice of the Jawaharlal Nehru Cabinet.

5. Since Article 370 (1) (d) of the Constitution was issued under Presidential Order, the President can make certain 'exceptions and modifications to the Constitution for the benefit of 'State subjects' of Jammu and Kashmir.

6. Hence, Article 370 of the Constitution grants special status to Jammu and Kashmir, while Article 35A ensures special rights to the permanent residents of Kashmir.

What is Article 370?

1. According to the Constitution of India, Article 370 provides temporary provisions to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, granting it special autonomy.

2. The article says that the provisions of Article 238, which was omitted from the Constitution in 1956 when Indian states were reorganised, shall not apply to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

3. Article 370 is drafted in Amendment of the Constitution section, in Part XXI, under TEMPORARY AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS.

4. Under Article 370 the Indian Parliament cannot increase or reduce the borders of the state

Why does Pakistan wants it?

If you don't know what Pakistan is then let me enlighten you about it.

Pakistan is a country that was created by some muslims who wanted power. Pakistan is a country that is run by its army whose motto is "A follower of none but Allah, the fear of Allah, strive for Allah." And if you have a problem believing it then let me introduce you to "Fauji Foundation".

"Fauji Foundation is one of the largest financial services and one of the largest energy conglomerates in Pakistan, with interests in fertilizer, cement, food, power generation, gas exploration, LPG marketing and distribution, financial services, employment services, and security services.

"Fauji(meaning "soldier") Foundation's aim is to provide and generate funds for the welfare and benefits of ex-servicemen and their families." - wikipedia.

Pakistan is the country that support and sponsors terrorist organizations such as:

Al-Qaeda.

Lashkar-e-Omar.

Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and.

Sipah-e-Sahaba.

Al Badr Mujahideen.

Harkat ul Mujahideen.

In short, Pakistan wants GHAZWA E HIND which is a prophecy mentioned in Islam that says that whomsoever invades and controls Hind (meaning India) will be sent to heaven.

The EXODUS of Kashmiri Pandits.

The Kashmiri Pandits are Kashmiri Hindu priests from the Kashmir Valley, a mountainous region in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.

On 14th September 1989, Pandit Tika Lal Taploo, who was a lawyer and a BJP member, was murdered by the JKLF in his home in Srinagar. Then someone else and then someone else.

On 4th January 1990, Srinagar based newspaper Aftab released a message, threatening all Hindus to leave Kashmir immediately, sourcing it to the militant organization Hizbul Mujahideen. Then another newspaper did the same.

Posters telling kashmiri pandits to leave or die were everywhere. They were killed and raped during daytime in the middle of streets by the Islamic terrorists.

Within a year, Lacs of Kashmiri pandits left their homes and many others were converted if not killed and raped. The number of people killed during that year are estimated to be 200-1,341.

Of the approximately 300,000 to 600,000 Hindus living in the Kashmir Valley in 1990 only 2,000–3,000 remain there in 2016.

Till this day, Kashmiri pandits have not been able to go back to their homeland.

Current Kashmir.

Currently Kashmir is filled with extremism. Extreme Islamic terrorist organisations have rooted deeply in Kashmir and heart of its people.

On 5th of June, 2019 which was Eid ul Fitr : "Stones pelted at security forces near Jamia Masjid in Srinagar, and posters supporting terrorist Zakir Musa and UN DESIGNATED TERRORIST MASOOD AZHAR SEEN IN THE AREA." - Asian News International(ANI)

People are celebrating terrorists, promoting terrorism, pelting stones at the Indian security forces while raising pro pakistan slogans.

The International media on kashmir.

After BJP came to power, International media has lost its shit. Instead of showing the true news of Kashmir and of India, the international media is trying to push the fake agenda of Hindu Terrorism and show that Indian army is treating Kashmiris inhumanely.

Kashmiri terrorists have literally thrown stones at security personnel causing serious damage to them and security personnels did not do anything against it till they were given pellet gun to defend themselves and when in order to protect themselves from these stone pelters, these security personnels fired the pellet guns, the international media goes nuts and shows how Indian armed forces are treating Kashmiris inhumanely.

UNHRC reporting on Kashmir in the same way as the international media and is trying to portray India as bad and omitting very strong facts and lying to push the anti India agenda.

Why not give Kashmir to Pakistan?

Because Kashmir was never part of Pakistan to start with. Kashmir was always a part of India, even before independence. Just because terrorists have infiltrated Kashmir doesn't mean Kashmir is of the terrorists.
