He then went berserk and stabbed Whingham 119 times about the body; many of the wounds were on the victim's face and throat. So to summarise. Man was raped in accordance to rape by deception law. Said male then attacked his rapist and stabbed him, 119 times. He is now going to jail for 40 years for killing his rapist. Do you think it is fair?
