What time do you get up when you don't need to go to work?

Question

What time do you get up when you have no morning obligations? I normally awaken about 4-5 AM every day no matter what I have to do in the morning. I've become used to walking or cycling in the very early morning, and I enjoy the cool air, the quiet, and the beautiful sunrise with the birds singing How about you?

Good for you! Back in 2019 I would wake at 5 be at the gym by 6, I loved it especially the cold showers after relaxing in the hot sauna. Now I can't even wake up that early, Covid and other things has me sleeping on till 6:30.

If you like the Cool wind try taking cold showers it's so refreshing and it makes you feel alive

6:30 a. m. is when I first start to wake up. 7 is usually when I'm out of bed. I can't sleep in very much anymore. Even if I'm not busy.

I always have an alarm set for 7 am but usually awaken before the alarm does its job. I am a freight train and I start very slowly, so I need a few hours of coffee, reading the news, loving on my cats, etc. before I face the rest of the world.

Weekdays it’s 5am - 6am depending on when I got to sleep and if out running in morning.

when not working it’s pretty much the same as will do stuff from that time, or be a lazy sod and lie in bed until 8 am ish.

last week I got up at 6am turned on laptop, made a coffee, did some emails and stuff, then thought it was a bit quiet, checked Teams at 8am, lazy fuckers, waited until 8:30 ready to call a few, then realised it was actually Saturday…..🤦‍♂️

I don't have a specific time. It depends when I fall asleep, depends on my mental state, how much I've smoked or drank. Normally I wake up at 6 for work. Days off it's anywhere between 7am and 7pm sometimes later

I don't work on weekends, so I wake up at freaking 6.30 am, and during workdays i DRAG myself out of bed at 7 am CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN WTF !!!
