I feel like a loser, everytime I open up my Facebook or Instagram. Like many of my friends that I followed or people I know got like a thousand of followers and 500 likes on every post. Where on mine, not even 30 people seem to care to like them. Also, I have some of my formal teachers on Instragram , Facebook, co. and they comment and like other of my classmates pictures or write them birthday wishes. Some of these teachers not even follow me back or do anything else on my posts. I feel really awful and like the biggest loser ever that even teachers seem to favour some of my classmates more than others because they are popular. Am I that uncool to be treated like that? ...
Your life shouldn't be about how many followers your social media has. Focus on your studies if you're studying. Maybe get a part time job and make friends there. Make good friends that you know you'll have fun with. These likes and followers count are meaningless. No one actually cares how many likes you'll get on a picture or anything. Beware not to fall into this trap and become completely attached to social media. If its too hard to do so then just delete all social media. Trust me you'll thank me later.
Social media is complete BS. Why do you place so much value on it? Put down your phone or your iPad or whatever and go out and experience real life. You are not a loser.
