In a lot of States if a woman attacks you you cannot hit them you will get in trouble you will get in a lot of trouble it doesn't matter if that woman starts trying to scratch your eyes out or repeatedly close at you or if she kicks you in your nuts you can't hit her back you will get in a ton of trouble. (Just so you know a kick in the balls has a long-term effect on a man's body including the production of testosterone, their brain and how it works, your ability to reproduce, various health side effects that I don't remember and of course your body is going to go through severe pain for quite a while and it is a miserable existence for those who go through it I have also had my balls kicked but I am one of the lucky men)
If a woman rapes a man and gets pregnant the man has to pay child support
I repeat if a woman use a type of aphrodisiac on a man and rapes him and then gets pregnant he has to pay child support despite the fact that he didn't actually do anything to conceive that child that was not his fault he really didn't have anything to do with it other than the woman had used him without his permission
I repeat again if a woman rapes a man and she gets pregnant the man has to pay child support but if a man rapes a woman she can get rid of the kid whether it be putting him up for adoption or going through a abortion
Ultimately both sides have really bad things happening to them due to like legal stuff and also cultural stuff and both have equally bad things for example while women might not be able to have an abortion in some states soon men also really aren't allowed to defend themselves and if a woman says she was raped then buy the majority of people that woman was raped by that man even after he's proven innocent he is still a rapist in the eyes of the public and might even still be a rapist in the eyes of the law
Fact is everyone is a victim here and if everyone's a victim no one is
Every single person has issues and every single race and every single sex or gender or whatever construct you want to add they have issues they have tons of them the world is just flat out unfair and crappy for everyone who doesn't have an entire community backing them up and being there shield for literally everything they do and even then they still will probably get in trouble if someone does the right thing to screw them over

That’s actually a good question and I cannot currently think of any such laws.
I’m guessing you’re referring to the recent abortion issues/topics in the news correct? I’ve felt that abortion, as a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT, seems odd to a lot of people. I think it should be up to the states to decide how they feel about abortion because remember it isn’t simply about a woman’s body.
If it was, no one would disagree.
Everyone would agree.
Obviously, people feel like this is killing a living being over wrong or irresponsible decisions a woman has made.
It’s a get-out-of-jail free card somewhat.
“Hey, I just made a bunch of bad/irresponsible decisions and now I want to kill my baby.”
No…. I’m sorry, but I don’t agree or support this. Why would I want my money going to this if I can help it? I don’t feel bad for these women.
We all have reasonable control over our actions.
No one accidentally gets pregnant generally speaking or randomly ( not talking about rape obviously).
I saw a post yesterday that said “Stop abortion at the source. Vasectomies are reversible. Make every young man have one. When he’s deemed financially and emotionally fit to be a father it will be reversed. What’s that? Did the idea of regulating a man’s body make you uncomfortable? Then mind your fucking business.” Best post I’ve seen in a while, because you can guarantee that if the law system was trying to control male bodies, men would cause a giant uproar about it and fight against it. But since it’s womens bodies who are being controlled - most men are like meh 🤷🏻♀️
congress / judicial courts are the decision making bodies for the country. In every country, there is always a group that makes the decision for the rest. Maybe go to school more and you wouldn't be asking this question.

Sure!
The fucking draft!
In 1981, I could not get a student loan unless I - an 18-year-old male at the time - registered for Selective Service. I had to register within 30 days of turning 18. Lord, I was pissed-off that I had to do that because 1) I didn't like the idea of killing and more peaceful in nature and 2) Females didn't have to do that to get their student loans!
HERE YOU GO:
https://www.sss.gov/register/who-needs-to-register/#:~:text=Almost%20all%20male%20US%20citizens,be%20inducted%20into%20the%20military.
TITLE: Who Needs to Register
SUBTITLE: Almost all male US citizens and male immigrants, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service.
It’s important to know that even though he is registered, a man will not automatically be inducted into the military. In a crisis requiring a draft, men would be called in a sequence determined by random lottery number and year of birth. Then, they would be examined for mental, physical, and moral fitness by the military before being deferred or exempted from military service or inducted into the Armed Forces.

So, while you are bitching about the government taking away your ability to have an abortion (*), we have to deal with the government's ability to send us off to get us killed.
(*) I am an abortion-rights supporter, so I empathize with what is going on.Yes. Selective Service.
Men are required to register to be drafted into the military. If drafted you are now effectively property of the US government. They decide what you eat, where you sleep, how much you exercise, which vaccinations will be administered to you, and what amount of danger your life will be in.
“As of January 2016, there has been no decision to require females to register with Selective Service, or be subject to a future military draft. Selective Service continues to register only men, ages 18 through 25.” - https://www.sss.gov/register/women/
“Article I, Section 8, Clause 12 of the United States Constitution: “The Congress shall have Power To …raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years….”
The constitutionality of the Military Selective Service Act (MSSA) has been consistently upheld by the U. S. Supreme Court. As was stated by the Court in the case of Wayte v. United States, 470 U. S. 598 (1985), “Few interests can be more compelling than a nation’s need to ensure its own security. It is well to remember that freedom as we know it has been suppressed in many countries. Unless a society has the capability and will to defend itself from the aggressions of others, constitutional protections of any sort have little meaning. Recognizing this fact, the Framers listed “provid[ing] for the common defense,…, as a motivating purpose for the Constitution and granted Congress the power to “provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States,” Art. I, 8, cl. 1. “In United States v. O’Brien, 391 U. S. 367, 377 (1968), quoting Lichter v. United States, 334 U. S. 742, 756, the Court wrote, ” the power … to classify and conscript manpower for military service is `beyond question.”
There is the legal precedent if you were curious.Nope.
Someone posted a poll recently to ask who was excited about the possibility of overturning Roe v Wade. Not one girl voted yes. Only guys did. Those motherfuckers should be faced with their own unwanted pregnancy and see how they feel about it.
Abortion isn't something anyone likes. Few women take the decision lightly. For most, it's an agonizing choice. But there are a lot of valid reasons why it can be the best option.
I don't like the idea of late term abortions unless there is a medical reason. And I'm strongly opposed to the used of serial abortions as a form of birth control. But I do strongly support Roe v Wade.
In general, though, men should fuck off when it comes to dictating what women can do with their own bodies. The criminal injustice system tends to give women lighter sentences for the same crimes, provided they are ever charged in the first place.
Warren Farrell, PhD wrote a few great books on the topic, including but not limited to The Myth of Male Power and The Boy Crisis. Christina Hoff Sommers PhD wrote another great book on this topic called The war on Boys, specifically refuting a great deal of the devastation Carol Gilligan’s work has done to boys in the last 30+ years. Suzanne Venker has a great podcast that she just restarted producing after taking a break from it which deals with gender relations issues; her tag line “where men and women are equal in value but widely different by nature” remains unsurpassed in my experience for putting words to gender differences. Perhaps if gender studies programs actually studied gender not just feminism there would be greater awareness that there is a whole other half of the species that gets to count too.Considering a man can be forced to pay child support for children of men who slept with his wife (hence the reason for the divorce), yes.
Considering that men HAVE to register with Selective Service, and women don’t, yes.
Considering that a man can be ruined by false allegations of rape, and have no way toward restitution, yes.
The reason the government tells anybody what to do with their body involves forcing people to make better personal choices and not have the taxpayers pay for it.
Abortion, like, the draft, is simply about money... and if you're willing to die, over itYes and no. Abortion is not being forced upon a woman, its a lack of it being allowed. So its not really the same as just "making decisions". Its like saying its illegal to amputate a healthy arm which it mostly is fyi. So there's an example of a medical procedure that is denied to men and people have actually asked for it so clearly the government has and does take away medical options from people in other situations and for both genders. you're also not allowed to just sell your organs like a kidney. Thats illegal. Its your own body part and yet you can't do what you want with it. there's many examples that follow this.
No because they don't exist. And just watch, guys will start bitching about child support, in a post about human rights.
They don't exist.
These laws are made by old, white, christian males.
Organised religion was developed for the purpose of controlling / oppressing the populace, especially women.
Which is funny, because back in the day, abortion was actually part of a priest's job, they had medicine used to induce an abortion. However, this was only if they felt the woman was a sinner and didn't deserve the child, so it was still about oppression.- s
Not that isn't applied equally across to women as well. Seems like they just like to come after women's rights to make choices for their body only.
Selective service..
Women have the right to vote without agreeing to die
In the US, citizens are free to exercise their constitutionally guaranteed right to democratically choose their own leaders through the process of casting a ballot in an election once they reach the age of 18. Women achieve this right by the simple act of surviving 18 years. Men may not actualize their basic rights as a citizen without first signing a Selective Service card, in which they agree that at the discretion of the democratically elected government, they will take up arms and die to defend their liberty and way of life. The draft. Men may vote if, and only if, they agree they will face death if required. Women have no such obligation, but they do get to vote for the governments that can potentially send men to meet death. Again, regardless of how you feel about the draft, women have the right to vote without agreeing to be drafted. Men don’t.Some States temporarily sterilize men who are sex offenders or pedophiles. But not only is that a ridiculously stupid idea since if they're a danger enough to need to be temporarily sterilized, they should be in prison, but also the government shouldn't be relating people's bodies in these matters. Decisions concerning someone's body should be between them and their doctor, possibly their SO, depending on the patient's personality or needs.

I guess, I can only think of that one that states... if the government really needs to, they can summon all me, body, spirit, mind and soul and send me to war to use me as cannon fodder, you know... for the sake of the nation
the Selective Service, conscription thing... but I am not so sure on it though, maybe it has been updated or changed by now The United States Postal Service (USPS; also known as the Post Office, U. S. Mail, or Postal Service) is an independent agency of the executive branch of the United States federal government responsible for providing postal service in the United States, including its insular areas and associated states. It is one of the few government agencies explicitly authorized by the United States Constitution. The USPS, as of 2021, has 516,636 career employees and 136,531 non-career employees.
Via Wikipedia.Selective service, men never had any legal say over abortions, it is very difficult for the law to consider a man a rape victim, a man can still be made responsible for a child that isn't even his or came as a result of intercourse he didn't consent to...
I can go on.-must wear helmet on motorcycle
-must buckle up before driving
-cannot have alcohol in system while driving-forced masks during COVID-cannot do specific drugs-cannot walk around naked in public-cannot go to places off limits'YES" ... its called 'the DRAFT'.
As a male citizen YOU are held accountable to report to participate in specialized training that has a history of literally costing many participants THEIR VERY LIVES!Circumcision comes to mind... though it's the parents who make the decision and the government allows it and probably promotes it. Still, making the decision to chop of a part of someone else's body seems like a human right breach to me.
I am thinking that guys can still be drafted into the military. Guys over 18 are still required to register for Selective Service. If we go to war with Russia the draft may have to be resurrected.
The selective service act. We get to be forced to have our bodies shot up in wars that we might not support.
Yes, they make us use stamps oh you mean male body.
