People all around own Guns they Use it To control people and To Instill Fear they Kill and slaughter there way into deaths door called the death penalty or many years in prison and then when they get out they do it again. What do you Think This Thing this Weapon Has over them that these idiots can’t Can’t get can’t feel Themselves without it? These Idiots got a Lot of friends. most of which we’re probably met in jail or prison. And When Given the Chance to Fight They Choose to Talk Smack and When They lose the Fight they send there friends to kill that person with a gun.

Do you Support Weapon owning or do you Support Fighting If it’s a Requirement to Put some idiot in there place?

There is just no way that someone can be this naive.

So I am going to give you the easiest answer to the questions you posed that literally cannot even be debated because they’re based upon facts. Facts, I might add, that are in no way changeable at the current time in history. I’m doing this despite my sincere belief that you’re just trolling, just in case you really are actually somehow the most naive human being I have ever come into contact with (or will ever come into contact with) throughout my entire life. So hold on tight, or don’t, it’s not like it will matter. This ride should not be bumpy and it should be over relatively quickly.

Let’s start with this. To give you the answers you seek I’m going to begin with a couple of presumptions. Correct me if I am wrong. I am guessing that you’re from the United States. Also that you understand basic logical thought. Lastly I will be hoping that you are able to also grasp simple mathematics. If any of those are untrue, stop now, reply to this post, and let me know where I lost you so I can go back and make some revisions. Let’s begin.

In the United States of America, we have a population of roughly about 330 million or so people. That is including the elderly all the way to the newborns. That number written out (just for a quick visual aid to reference) will be below this paragraph. We good so far? Awesome!

Now moving on, let’s talk about the gun situation. The truth is that nobody has any idea as to exactly how many guns are circulating the country legally or illegally. We have some guesses, but no hard numbers. (Feel free to thank your friends at the NRA for this if you’d like, though they will likely just shoot you if you try so I’d honestly not be one to recommend it to you as a genuine course of action, but you do you). If we are going to look at the expert analysis of this issue regarding no actual numbers in order to form at least a working estimate as best we can, the number we would likely end up with is around 400 million or so firearms total in the country now. Of course though, not all of those are going to be for civilians. The military has guns. I’m sure a lot are for them. Luckily we do have hard data on that number. I went ahead and got it. It’s about 7 million or so. So now it’s time to use our noodle again and figure out how numbers work.

So first number is total guns in the country. We established that’s around 400 million. Then we can go ahead and take the military ones out. That’s 7 million. See the math below here. Once we get our answer for it we will then have a decent idea how many civilian firearms are present within the us at any given time. Let’s find out.

Alright. That’s enough math for a bit. I was going to go a bit further with it for you but I think you can see that given the numbers we just came up with the conclusion to draw is something like this:

~330,000,000 people < ~393,000,000 firearms.

In case that wasn’t clear enough to make the point, or math really ain’t your thing I’ll put it like this. There are about 63 million more guns in the USA than we have total citizens even after you account for the number of weapons that we have on hand in order to operate the single largest, most powerful military that has ever existed in history.

Now what does this all mean? Why can’t we all just fist fight until we have solved issues? Why doesn’t anyone have any honor anymore and why do we all need guns?

Simply put, there are just too fucking many guns already out there to ever even be able to fathom the thought of being able to get rid of them. That’s not even to mention the implementation would be a literal impossibility to put it mildly. It. Can’t. Happen.

Even if it were to somehow magically occur here, all you’d have done is to make us vulnerable to attacks from literally everyone else on the planet because they don’t have any intention of getting rid of the guns they have. But fortunately, nobody else in the world has ever had any reason to hold animosity towards America so we will probably be fine.

To be clear, I’m a liberal. I’m very much in favor rod stricter gun laws. I am sickened by the continued gun violence that it seems we all just say, “thoughts and prayers” for then move on with literally no attempt to fix the issues. That being said, literally the only solution even less sensible and therefore even more useless than what they’re suggesting with their inaction is the solution (if you can call it that) which you are positing.

Would a world without guns be a better world? Maybe. Who really knows? I don’t. But in no way does it matter whether or not it would because like it or not, we happen to exist in a world that very much does have them and in which they’re not going anywhere no matter how much muscle we build.

I guess what I am trying to say is this…..

Maybe one day, when you are ready, you could potentially join myself and the others who have taken the time to comment on this question as we attempt to live inside of the reality that is the world we currently exist inside of. I’ll be saving you a seat when you’re ready to join us.

It's not like people who own guns go around shooting people. I've never been threatened with a gun and I've never had to use mine for defense.

Guns are like fire extinguishers. We hope we never have to use them, but we have them just in cast.

Over 80 million honest gun owners in the U. S. and only 3000 to 4000 non-gang related unjustified firearm homicides out of 450 million people in the country at any one time.

Guns are also necessary for hunting. They have historic and aesthetic value.
Target shooting is a fun recreation that teaches discipline and hand-eye coordination.

Guns actually prevent crime. Criminals are more afraid of armed citizens than they are of police.

Police can't be there to protect you.

And an armed populace keeps the government in check. Tyrants are afraid of 80 to 100 million armed citizens. Globalists who want to impost the tyrannical One World Government/the New World Order/the "Great Reset" are behind "Gun Control" efforts for that reason. The purpose of Gun Control is to strip people of the means of self defense. It has NOTHING to do with saving lives.

In the end, guns are just tools.

The idea that fists are effective in every situation is absurd. I've read countless stories in which a gun was the only possible means of protection.

There are anywhere between 7.5 and 15,000x more cases of defensive gun use (DGU) than total firearm related homicides. How much rape, robbery, loss of irreplaceable valuables, trauma, injury and death is prevented by DGU?
And if guns are unnecessary, why do police use them?

Three armed thugs break into a home in the country where a woman and her young daughter are alone. She kept screaming for them to leave and warning that she was armed, but they busted down the door. Seconds later, they fell over themselves running out the door when she opened up on them.

Armed thugs broke into the home of an old man who was wheel chair bound. He shot one and the others fled drove.

Old people, small women, physically frail people with guns are all equal to an armed, muscled thug or a group of thugs.

I laugh my ass off when I read about or see videos of thugs getting shot in the act of committing crimes. I love seeing worthless scum suffer and die.

Lmao so fighting is better than a gun, ok cool. So if a guy rapes you, just fight him. That'll work well, after all he totally didn't just overpower you. If a few people break into your house, just fight them. If they have weapons, just fight them. If you get attacked by an animal, just fight them.

Honestly, this is some stupid shit. Don't want guns? Cool, don't get them. Don't want to be around them? Cool, move where that isn't a concern.

But me personally? Fuck around with me, my loved ones, and you're getting shot. Personally that's more ethical and more sensible than trying to fight people and lose, and get hurt worse.

You've said here that muscles can be used in a fight and that weapons, especially guns, aren't needed. Unfortunately, in a fight, both sides will be using every advantage they can get. Its physically impossible for a 5'2 woman to win in a fight with a 6'2 guy who wants to r*pe and mug her. A 5'2 guy would probably experience difficulty as well. Everyone wants an advantage where they don't have it; during the cold war, when the US had nuclear weapons and the USSR didn't, the USSR didn't ask for peace or anything, they started creating their own weapons too.

I've said this so many times before: People who criticize guns are the ones who NEVER have to worry about protecting others and are incapable of even protecting themselves, yet want to tell police and hunters how to do their jobs. Piss off! Talk about weakness.

Unless you're a doctor, you ain't saving or protecting anyone from sh*t, but want to criticize others who keep your worthless ungrateful ass safe. Both police and trained citizens who know how to use a gun.

I own them because they smell neat and in case the right wingers ever come to try to terrorize the brown people in my neighborhood. But in general it is true that the more someone displays their guns and gun ownership status the less likely they have it for practical (or dare I say noble) reasons, such as I've described, and the more likely they only have it as a nice heavy strap-on to cover up the fact that their physical confidence is flaccid. And the more they wave it around the more they are compensating for. There is nothing about me that would cause anyone to guess I even have one, which is how it should be in my opinion. The best way for a gun owner to show they are a responsible owner is by keeping their ownership to themselves.
