Alright first off there really are men who 24/7 complain about women and never show any optimism/understanding whatsoever. I just want to acknowledge that and make it clear I do see that. I got a lot of gripes of my own but I have been asking myself “what does this accomplish?” a lot more lately. All I can say to those guys is thar regardless of what happened to them (and some really did have horrible experiences with women) no amount of complaining (justified or not) will ever substitute happiness and success.
Sure it feels good to ventilate occasionally. But you need to have a plan of action after ventilating. Getting pissed off for the sake of getting pissed off accomplishes nothing. It’s extremely unhealthy. But I can also see how men feel like they don’t have “a voice” in modern society and I will explain more below.

Anyway you need to take a step back and first ask men who argue with you “hey are you happy” and calmly await their response. Ask them what they are looking to accomplish in life. Because that’s the question I am now asking women when they bring up subjects I disagree with nowadays: are you happy and fulfilled by how you look at things? Is this improving your well being? Again do not think about yourself immediately when you are dealing with an argumentative person (it’s natural to be defensive but resist the temptation). Instead ask the other person why they think that way. You would be surprised how some people will react to that question. It often disarms them but in actuality a lot of men just want to be heard and taken seriously. And just listening to someone doesn’t mean you always agree them.

But before getting defensive we need to first ask women “are you truly happy with how things are going?” Ask them questions first and keep the focus on that. Ask them what their goals are. Where they see themselves in the future. Focus on them first.
This takes self control and it’s tough. Really tough. But just getting an argument (even when you are factually right) isn’t going to change that “feeling” so many people are addicted to. And that “feeling” short circuits all common sense and logic. We need a different approach when that happens.

Let's take a regular average guy: Joe Schmoe. Joe is 5'9", 5/10 in looks and makes around $50,000 a year. Over 90% of modern women will automatically look over Joe and never give him a chance or put him in the friend-zone because he's not over 6' and making six figures. This is because most modern women have been indoctrinated to think that they are all 10's even if they are fat so they think Joe is beneath them. He has been on a few dates but they were foodie calls or ended in "Let's just be friends" or was just ghosted. Whenever he complains about his situation he is mocked as an incel, told to check his privilege and that he's not entitled to sex regardless of how much of his money and time he invests. All the advice given to him by mainstream society is at best worthless and at worst hurts his self-esteem. Joe then decides to research his predicament and finds that the only people who aren't shaming him for wanting to get laid are those dastardly Red-pillers like Andrew Tate and Myron Gaines, so he listens to them, starts lifting and getting his money up while learning not to treat these modern promiscuous thots like they are the ladies their grandmothers were. He very likely will get laid or at the very least stop wasting his time and money on women who aren't putting out.
The real question you should be asking is: why shouldn't he listen to the red-pillers when they are the only ones who both acknowledge his problems and give him actionable advice on how to solve them? I see no reason why he shouldn't listen to Tate and guys like him, and hollow accusations of misogyny or whatever don't count.
I honestly feel bad for the young men that see that kind of content and think that’s normal. It teaches a bad mentality whenever it comes to having healthy relationships. There might be one piece of good advice that gets warped into something toxic. So when men give up hope of having a wife and family (due to absurd female expectations, divorce courts, etc), the incentive for men to work hard and achieve is greatly diminished.

That's the kind of thing that happens when it's socially acceptable to criticize one group of people but not socially acceptable to criticize another.
A lot of those guys have lots of life experiences with women being super abusive and aggressive towards men who didn't do anything to warrant the treatment that they're getting.
The sad reality is that, in the same way lots of women have never had a positive relationship with any man in life; lots of men have never had a positive relationship with any woman in life, period. And to act like there aren't abusive women out there would be absurd.

It's an uphill battle for a reason. Rape is a serious crime in which those who are found guilty will be put away for a very long time. To reduce the rate of punishing the innocent in such a manner the standard of evidence is higher. It's called due process and we have it because we don't want to see a repeat of the same reason the Salem Witch Trials were so horrible.
Punishing the innocent does far more damage to the credibility to the justice system than letting someone go due to lack of evidence because there will less of an incentive to actually follow the law if you can be punished no matter what you do.

Red Pill content advocates for self-improvement, which is good.
But, they also have misogynistic undertones and preach that a man can never trust a woman.
Thus, destroying the very possibility of having meaningful relationships (because meaningful relationships require trust).
This destabilizes society and creates men that do not commit.
Men’s issues are important to address but The Red Pill is not the answer that men need.
It would be much better to embrace self-improvement, without the misogyny.
This is very difficult to answer without a general consensus on the definition of red pill. Would be helpful if you could list which definition of red pill you are referring too. That being said I have been unable to find a statistic on what % of men are 'red pilled' what I was able to find is that apparently around 63% of American men claim they fit the definition of 'men go their own way' though from what I could find it seems their is also a growing population of men refusing to marry American women, refusing to pay for them, refusing to spend time with them etc. So without better information and sources I can only speculate based on most common definitions listed online

According to pew research center around 50%. But they also say 39%. Forbes also claims 57%. New York post says 63% as well. So it could be that both are the same

You go to the gym and ask a guy what he does for fun I highly doubt he’s going to say “spending hours on sites like this” unless he’s just more of an introverted degenerate. Second, like. It's true that most men aren't on TikTok or Instagram or Pinterest or whatever all day, but that doesn't mean they aren't using the Internet. There are forums for sports, working out, (sports-related) diets, repairing or hot-rodding cars, hunting, auto-racing, back-packing, sailing, and any number of other "manly" pursuits. Men use these all the time - you just aren't aware of it because YOU have no need to use those sites yourself. But people exist outside your awareness bubble - they really do!

Blue pilled- You accept the lies around you. These lies being that personality matters more than looks, there are plenty of fish in the sea, and all women are kind people.
Red pilled- You accept the... ahem- truth. This truth being that you must succeed physically and financially if you ever want to have a dating life. This means working out, starting businesses, sleeping around no-strings-attached etc, until when you're 40, settling down with a 20 year old virgin who will provide you children.
