Is it true that illegal immigrants can now lawfully carry guns in the United States?

I heard this on Twitter, and the Supreme Court is said to have ruled that making it illegal for them to possess a gun is illegal, according to the 2nd Amendment. If that is true, then they are just allowing gang members to legally possess firearms. Wouldn't that be wonderful for our police? I thought the 2nd Amendment only applied to legal citizens. The illegal immigrants are not legal anything, much less being a legal citizen. What do you think? Is this shit going too far? Are we helping arm an army that can rise up to cause havoc? This will also apply to all the single Chinese men and Venezuela men coming in. I'm sure a lot of their weapons will be automatic assault guns. They know they can do just about anything and just get deported if they are caught.

Many states have Constitutional Carry - meaning no permit is necessary to carry a gun. BUYING a gun is another matter.

But this is just one of a thousand threads that all lead to huge problems by allowing illegal immigration, especially huge volumes of completely unvetted people, many of whom are known criminals and/or gang members. There's no end of chaos they can cause, including murder. And you can see exactly how concerned Biden was about a girl who was murdered by an illegal HE let into the country - he couldn't remember her name and his biggest concern was himself saying "illegal" instead of "undocumented." He didn't care even a tiny bit about the murder victim.

This is why people need to vote Biden out. He doesn't care a single bit about all the chaos he's causing that the rest of us pay for. The wars, the loss of jobs, the illegals, rampant crime, and the terrible economy - he doesn't care about any of that, but rather only retaining his own power and that of the Democrat party, at ANY COST. Soon, it will be YOUR job, or YOUR kid being sent to a war, or YOUR wife or daughter who is killed by an illegal. You aren't immune. If you vote for this man and his party, you are voting for all of this.

The 1st 10 amendments really should be called a bill of restrictions, not "rights" because while they exist to help protect many of our natural rights they really are just a bill restrictions on the Federal Government.

The Federal politicians in black robes have turned many of them on their head in applying them to our states as well including the 2nd, as well as invented new "rights" in-violation of the 9th and 10th.

Nonetheless all rights are gifts of our creator not goverment and as such we start with them and goverment can only take them.

That said While States should and historically did have the right to our law particular groups owning weapons and generally disregarding any of the rights declared in those amendment.
If they are an illegal alien they would not necessarily follow any such law regardless.

If we could disarm gangs theses organization would not exist among the most restrictive local gun laws in the country. Individuals can violate said laws easy, criminal organizations have even less trouble.

I don't think people understand the mentality. There is no "USA"... there is "the people of the world". USA is everyone, the only question is if they are documented.

So the question is can someone "not documented" carry gun (posess or carry) and under constituion, it says there is right to bare arms. It's subjective in how one interprets.

I suspect they can, legally who knows... but they aren't following laws anyway. Not here legally, not following rules like buying insurance, etc.. Besides, they are often better with knives.

Either way, most women should learn how to handle themselves around an aggressive immigrant. Cost a few their lives already and we know whom their targets are. At least right now... wait until they figure out they can invade homes.

The people & the government engage in a sort of tug of war. The people eventually act out and the government gets scared and give some of what they want. Then eventually the government pulls the rope too far to the side of corruption and dominating the public and the public will revolt unless they end up in a North Korean type of situation where they are just frankly fucked.

If you want to give them the same rights as US citizens, then the citizens should have the same rights as them - free room and board, free medical, free cell phone, free transportation to anywhere in the US you want to fly to, the ability to take your job, and a $10,000 debit card for your booze and drugs. The door should swing both ways, and not just to the benefit of intruders and moochers.
