There's nothing wrong with them. If you are self conscious try doing some chest exercises to build the muscles around the chest area so that they can be drawn upwards, if the muscles are weak in that area, it could be the reason for the sage, men get man boobs for the same reason. In the meantime enjoy them, for what they are B cups are the best size to have not too big or too small. You'll gain more confidence about them the more you hear how much guys don't really care, it's more in your head than in ours. Like I said though try the chest exercises and perhaps they'll perk up for you, you have a lot to gain by working out and nothing to lose, except that false belief. Hope this helps.
If you are in a proper relationship with a proper man, the boobs should not be a problem because by the time he gets to see it, he would have gained your full trust and confidence first. The man who deserves to see your boobs should be a man who is worthy of your trust first.
When I reach the level of a woman showing me her boobs, I have made sure that she is comfortable with me first and that she is comfortable to be herself with me. It takes time, but it's worth it. There is nothing more beautiful than a woman showing me her nude body trusting me to see her that way and not feel that she is lacking in anything.

Too many gals think that if (put any part in here) isn't perfect it is bad. Not so! Saggy breasts are not perfect, but they are not bad. So my personal preference is not saggy, but since lots of boobs sag and those that don't will probably eventually, I would be real disappointed if I avoided saggy boobs. So even though I would prefer perky, I would not be bothered by less than perfect boobs. Saggy would still be fun to play with, suck on, look at, everything. And I cannot imagine any guy being so weird as to be very upset, and surely no one is going to gag.

Because... I'm the guy on GaG that actually PREFERS saggy boobs. It's true, I've had this preference as long as I can remember. (I thinking that would be about 40 years.) There's nothing wrong with perky boobs of course. It's just that, if given the option, I'd rather a woman have saggy boobs.
Women, generally speaking, are prejudiced against them. I think it's because boobs tend to become saggy with age that women prefer perky boobs. In the minds of women, saggy = old and perky = young. But in the mind of guy like me, perky = adolescent and saggy = adult. Slight difference in perspective their. Amazing what a change in word selection will do.
Don't feel the least bit insecure about your boobs. Most guys will be happy with them. Guys like me will be overjoyed.
