Why do guys suddenly stop caring?

So I was on a program with that guy who was so into me he cared so much and he remembered every simple thing I said. But then he just stopped talking to me. He communicated barely and he just got different. Although there was nothing worng and it seemed like I was his ideal girl. So why do guys suddenly stop caring?

could be a variety of things
-Perhaps he lost interest
-Perhaps he is deppresed
-Perhaps he is stressed-
-Perhaps he didn't feel enough reciprocation.

He's the only one who knows really. It would be more valuable to talk to him about it. Though doing so, may open up an intimate discussion. If you aren't ready to open those doors, then perhaps you should just forget about it.
