He'll definitely try and make some kind of move. Maybe holding your hand or putting his arm around you or even kissing you. I sort of doubt he'd try to undress you or do anything sexual if he's around your age but maybe he would I don't know

Listen just chill. Just hang out and maybe actually watch neflix I don't know. It's not all about sex just enjoy spending time with the person and see where it goes

I would say at 15, he means it (I hope) literally just chilling together while watching Netflix. If something develops over time good but I don't think he would come straight out and go for a mature meaning.
