Do guys notice when a girl is nervous around them?

Yes if a guy is paying attention to detail he will notice that. Especially if he is talking to her and she gets quiet around her. Or is she starts turning red. My advice is this could be a bad thing and the girl would have to loosen up. Being shy is a bad thing but it can be overcome by just getting use to talking. The most important thing to do is to remain calm and don't freeze up. And also just talk slow and don't rush the conversation. The more a shy person gets use to talking and over coming a paniac attack the better the conversation can be.

Yeah, they look away and only respond with a few words when you talk to them. I don't really notice when girls become red in the face, maybe because at that point things are awkward and I can't think of anything to say to get her to respond. So yeah, it's a bad thing because I can't talk to them if they don't want to talk back.
