What do you think of about how this employer acted? Inappropriate or Appropriate?

I went to my local smoothie bar this afternoon and while waiting in line I saw this lady who decided to mop when the shop was semi busy. The floors weren't that bad and the place is medium sized. Kids were trying to run around as well. Anyways I sat down to the waiting seats infront of the counter and she decided to mop there. She had a tray to fan it dry. I was drinking soda and I have this weird thing where I hate to eat or drink around strong chemicals. And the smell was strong. I stood up and went to another side. She was done and so I decided to sit back down only to find her fanning another section and the scent went towards me. She fanned the damn smell towards me...

Some people don't think about these things.. she's probably used to the chemical smell and it doesn't connect in her mind that it probably bothers people trying to eat/drink. Don't think she was intentionally being "inappropriate"

She didn't do it on purpose but she was stupid to mop with a decent amount of traffic and running kids around. Tell me she put up wet floor signs at least?

She put two but both were close together in the first section she did that was already dried. None in the back or middle or side of the shop.

She's lucky no one slipped over, she or the shop could have gotten sued

I help run a daycare so I was watchful for the kids. There was a section she just mopped so it was completely wet and she let a kid go through that. People can have more common sensr.

She wasn't in the wrong, however I would have waited until it was a little quieter to mop the floors.
