a healthy diet plan and daily exercise including cardio and weight/resistance training. Adding HIIT will really help too.
There is no quick fix; fad diets are the reason 80% of people put all the weight back on afterwards. There is only 2 things you can do:
1. Eat healthily
2. Exercise
That may sound simple and it is; but it's in no way easy. It's a long process but if you actually want to lose weight and keep it off (permanently) you have to do it.
Cut out processed foods, drink a lot of water. Green tea helps boost metabolism as well. Daily exercise is ideal, eat 4 or 5 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. (Helps with your metabolism). Yoga and pilates are good too. You feel great afterwards. Lose weight the HEALTHY way. Good luck!

You said "best and fastest" not healthiest. So my advice would be to eat 1000 calories a day and run 10-20 miles every day. You could try smoking meth too, that will definitely ruin your appetite and will get you so lean your rib cage will be showing. More seriously though, you could actually try exercising a few times a week. And maybe try eating some fruits and vegetables and not fucking soda and big macs or whatever crap food your likely eating.
If you don't change your diet from junk food and pop to something a little more healthy, it's gonna be hard to lose weight. Sure you can try cardio and see a few results, but remember.. It's like 80% diet (what you eat) and 20% working out..
"best and fastest"? Cocaine. Ha. But seriously, it's simple. eat less calories (min 1500/ cut carbs 100g/day) and move around more. Honestly you can do it with diet alone but a lilttle exercising will help.
-Start drinking water instead
-Research a proper diet based on your body type and metabolism
-Start an exercise routine to help burn off some of that weight quickerStop eating junk food and drinking pop. Keep bottled water on yourself at all times and pack healthy low cal meals made from home.
try no-carb diet or low carb diet
